Remove section about children from privacy policy

What problem does this pull request solve?

Removes the section about collecting children's data from the privacy policy. There are valid use cases for services built using this platform to collect data about people under 13, and the privacy team have confirmed we can remove it.

after 5 minutes, there may be something wrong with the ECS task. You will need to go to the integration AWS account
to debug, or otherwise ask an infrastructure person.
