                 Not Too Bad Transport Layer Security
                            Version 0.3

See the file AUTHORS for copying conditions.  See HACKING for
internals.  This library is based on PolarSSL code with all support
for legacy protocol versions removed.  TLS 1.3 and the server part are
not yet implemented.  NTBTL depends on Libgcrypt and LibKSBA.
