Pull Request Overview
This PR adds documentation to the README explaining how users can access and install prerelease packages from feedz.io, following the merge of #186 which enabled prerelease package publishing.
Key changes:
- Adds a comprehensive "Prerelease Packages" section with installation instructions
- Includes XML configuration example for adding the custom NuGet source
- Provides dotnet CLI command for installing prerelease versions
