Ignore the `:ignoreModulesAndTests` preset so tests get updated.

Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Renovate configuration to ensure test files are included in dependency update PRs by removing the effect of the built-in preset that ignores modules and tests.
- Adds an attempt to override Renovate’s preset that excludes tests.
- Keeps existing ignorePaths for node_modules and bower_components unchanged.
