so the guided block is broken. this step tells me that i don't need to complete the installation instructions, but i do if i want to progress in the guide... that's not all though. 
I also can't complete the guide. In the next screenshot you'll see that the modal is stuck on step 3 of 4, but the side nav says step 4 of 4 click create token. so i dismiss the modal, but there is no way to complete the step to satisfy the pathfinder requirement, because there is no create token button.

This does introduce a nested directory structure of
<LEARNING JOURNEY SLUG>/<MILESTONE SLUG>/content.jsonto avoid milestones sprawling throughout the repo. Every CI workflow seems to handle this OK.Requires grafana/grafana-pathfinder-app#493
