What?

This pull request introduces comprehensive documentation for integrating k6 with AI assistants and MCP-compatible editors, focusing on the new mcp-k6 server. The main changes add a dedicated setup guide, detailed client configuration instructions, and an overview of the tools, prompts, and resources that AI assistants can leverage via MCP. Additionally, links to these new resources are added to relevant reference and setup pages to surface the MCP integration.

AI assistant integration documentation:

  • Added a new section to the documentation for configuring AI assistants with mcp-k6, including installation instructions, capabilities overview, and next steps (configure-ai-assistant/_index.md).
  • Created a detailed guide for configuring various MCP clients (VS Code, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and others) to launch mcp-k6 over stdio, with configuration examples for both Docker and native setups (configure-ai-assistant/configure-mcp-clients.md).
  • Added an overview of the tools, prompts, and resources provided by mcp-k6, including usage instructions and recommended workflows (configure-ai-assistant/tools-prompts-resources.md).

Reference and discoverability improvements:

  • Updated the integrations reference and code editor setup docs to include links to the new AI assistant configuration guide, making MCP integration more discoverable (integrations.md, configure-your-code-editor.md). [1] [2]

Great work on this! The documentation is very thorough and everything was exceptionally clear. As this is my first review here, I've suggested some minor grammar and flow fixes that you can commit if they look right to you. I flagged one broken link. I also added a few notes about potential extra content, but please feel free to ignore those if they are out of scope. Thanks for the clear write-up.
