It doesn't seem to be working properly. If we make a single change to a Markdown file (see #746 for instance), it reports that every page in every language changed size, which generates a ridiculously long comment. It's possible that we're (or Nextra is?) doing something that would cause this, but I just don't think it's worth investigating, as most PRs only make content changes which shouldn't considerably affect the bundle size.
