Applied @0xa3k5's changes from #875 (+ another one in the "Substreams" section as discussed in Slack) from scratch on top of
mainwith themove-pagesscript (+ some manual changes in all languages, notably the_meta-titles.jsonfiles). Thanks AK for highlighting the fact that our CONTRIBUTING guide was pretty outdated and didn't mention how to make these kinds of changes. I updated it in this PR; I'm sure it can still be improved quite a bit but I will let @idalithb and @MichaelMacaulay weigh in on that.
