Right now, our CI/CD relies on github actions and workflows hosted by The Guild in the corresponding repos and in their shared config

There are potential issues with that:

  • NPM/GitHub tokens could leak
  • breaking changes
  • repos going private

This PR addresses that. No functional changes.

  1. Reusable workflows and composite actions moved into the repo itself in .github directory
  2. Forked actions repos:
