Description
Fixes an issue found by @nikgraf where in <2xl screens, with the app sidebar collapsed, there is a fixed-width inset that was blocking users from being able to click into the create app inputs.
Also updated to the new graphql endpoint:
https://hypergraph-v2-testnet.up.railway.app/graphqlFor now, removed the app sidebar. It is pretty easy to get to the dashboard to see apps, or use the cmd palette.
