Extend API

[nikgraf]

• introduces graph-framework-messages to re-use types and schemas in the app and on the sync server
• remove unused utils from apps/events/src/lib
• extend the [http://localhost:5173/playground](http://localhost:5173/playground) with a rough UI for managing spaces
• introduces Accounts and on server start creates 3 hardcoded accounts
• introduces Request/Response Message parsing on client and server
