Description
I realized I overlooked the accessibility of the marquees and currently they still animate even if the user has reduced motion setting on.
Apart from this change, this PR introduces an initial shift for the transitions, so stacked rows of marquees moving at the same speed (like with the keywords) look a tiny bit better (they're currently aligned on character width, so it looks a bit too even). This is more important in prefers-reduced-motion context, but it is a small visual improvement for all other users too.
