Add diagram and overview to Networking Reference#63977

See #62997 Make it easier for users to follow the Networking Reference by adding a brief architectural oververview and diagram. The diagram makes use of the built-in Docusaurus support for MermaidJS diagrams, which we enabled in gravitational/docs-website#552.

- Separate the Linux server icon from the main agent pool to indicate that the agent runs on the server. - Show a Kubernetes cluster separately from the main agent pool to indicate that the agent can be in the cluster. - Add buffer junctions to ensure straight lines and proper spacing in the diagram.
