Summary

When using Feed Forge to process feeds on parent form entries, this snippet automatically queues the associated GPNF child entries immediately after each parent.

This preserves parent-child ordering, which is useful for feeds like GCGS where row order matters (child rows appear directly below their parent row).

Requires the new gfff_entry_queued hook added in PR#19 (Not yet merged).
