This PR adds a function to compute radar geometry layers (compute_radar_geometry_layers()). This function makes use of the metadata cubes modules to compute geometry layers such as local incidence angle, incidence angle, etc. This PR also updates the GCOV workflow to make use of this function. Flags such as
save_incidence_angleandsave_local_inc_anglewere placeholders of the GCOV runconfig and are now working options. These layers can be useful for testing the GCOV workflow, for example, by comparing the RTC layers with the geometry layers (local incidence angle and projection angle).
