Context:\nML validation failed when emails lacked category (e.g. SENT labels).\nSuggestions response also dropped snippet due to schema filtering.\n\nWhat changed:\n- ML schema now defaults category to "unknown".\n- Gmail metadata now always sets category fallback.\n- Suggestions response schema includes snippet.\n\nWhy:\nPrevents ML validation errors and ensures suggestions can show a body preview.\n\nTesting:\nNot run (schema/default changes).
