Ozark M3 Release

Updates to the Public-Review Version of MVC-API and Ozark M03.
Tested on wildfly 12, but should work fine on all wildfly versions >= 10

Ozark M3-SNAPSHOT Release

This uses the snapshot of ozark m3. Things are still pretty experimental, but I tested the basics with wildfly 10.1 and they looked good.
