What does this change?
This bumps support-dotcom-components to V7.7.0 which removes hover from the CtaDesign type.
This also removes hover from the storybook DesignableBanner settings as this no longer exists on the CtaDesign type and fails to compile with it.
Why?
We are now using automated hover colours via Source so we no longer need to pre-select the hover colours in RRCP. This reduces complexity as we no longer need to select hover colours in RRCP for each button colour.
