As raised by the Ed Design crew, it'd be handy to have access to whatever the active pillar colour is. Maybe this could be blended/succeed the
editorialButtonpalette config (see #12536) and have the pillar variables be the source of truth?More to discuss here but wanted to have something/somewhere to focus on.
