What does this change?
Move football notifications lambda to cdk / GuScheduledLambda
but keep the dynamoDB definition in the yaml in the first step
For the deploy to work we created a new log group for PROD /aws/lambda/mobile-notifications-football-PROD
How has this change been tested?
Deployed to CODE
