Here we implement a new gate condition by which we do not show the gate within 30 days of a single contribution events as defined by DCR's cookie
gu_hide_support_messaging, SDC: GetTreatments payload:hideSupportMessagingTimestampThis applies everywhere except when Auxia has full control of the gate. See logic.md for details.
