Add and show notes for Resources #11
Description
User can add/modify notes to a Resource.
Notes are shown, added or modified in a tab, alternative to the main tab. See #7 for summarize or extract-wisdom tabs.
There is only one note text for each resource.
Resources with notes are explicitly marked in the ResourceList view.
A filter should be possible, to only list resources with notes.
