Add basic support for CadMouse Compact

Add basic support for CadMouse Compact 256f:c655 (not tested).

Does not seem to work indeed. The configuration of my mouse does not change whatever I try to do. There might be differences in the data send to/from the mouse depending on the model.

I guess reverse engineering the Compact the same way it was done for other models will be necessary.

EDIT: My mouse is the CadMouse Compact Wireless, which seem to be different from the simple CadMouse Compact as the ID I get when listing the mouses is 0xc652 (same as CadMouse Pro Wireless apparently), and not 0xc655 as in your PR. Anyway, even if it is the same ID as the CadMouse Pro Wireless, the communication with the mouse seem different as I can't get the configuration to change, but it is not related to this PR.
