Add i18n support with 5 languages

Implements Hugo's standard i18n system to enable multilingual sites.

Changes

Translation files (i18n/)

• 5 languages: English (default), Spanish, French, German, Portuguese
• 19 translatable strings covering all UI elements (navigation, forms, buttons, footer, error pages)

Template updates (12 files)

• Replaced hardcoded strings with i18n function calls
• Maintains backwards compatibility via fallback chain: config params → i18n → legacy params.terms.* → defaults

Example:

Usage

Existing sites require no changes. Custom title overrides in config continue to work as before.

Warning

Firewall rules blocked me from connecting to one or more addresses (expand for details)

I tried to connect to the following addresses, but was blocked by firewall rules:

• publish.twitter.com
  • Triggering command: hugo --themesDir ../.. --theme hugo-profile (dns block)
  • Triggering command: hugo --ignoreCache --themesDir ../.. --theme hugo-profile (dns block)

If you need me to access, download, or install something from one of these locations, you can either:

• Configure Actions setup steps to set up my environment, which run before the firewall is enabled
• Add the appropriate URLs or hosts to the custom allowlist in this repository's Copilot coding agent settings (admins only)
