When I have an extra wide window (can also be triggered by zooming out), the summary side bar disappears. Fix that and then this PR should be good to go in combination with gyorilab/indralab-vue#45. |

This PR adds more jinja template blocks in order to allow a change in style of a downstream template in
indra_db.This PR also includes some changes regarding the depmap analysis where we pass in the source count dictionary as we calculate the matrix rows from statementsThese changes were merged in #1478
