WebSocket headers should be matched case insensitively (cf RFC 6455, p19), but
rxws.pymatched theupgradeheader exactly. Chrome at least seems to send this header asWebSocket, causing the handshake to fail.While examining this, I adjusted the
WebSocketExceptionexception so that it passed some useful information back to the exception handler.
