Tested this change by editing the reference repo/branch, adding PATs, and manually triggering the workflow in my personal repo: it appears that the "Schedule Daily" workflow runs as expected when making this change, therefore:
- Appears safe to update @octokit/endpoint 10.1.1 --> 10.1.3 to address Dependabot security alert 15.
- Test log here
