Tested this change by editing the reference repo/branch, adding PATs, and manually triggering the workflow in my personal repo: it appears that the "Schedule Daily" workflow runs as expected when making this change, therefore:
- Appears safe to update @octokit/request-error to address Dependabot security alerts 16 + 17.
