Write Collected User Activity History to Users' Skills Lists

What changes did you make?

• Refer to issue GHA to Document Previous Issue Events on Skills Issue #8254
  • All user activity information was collected to a Google Sheets spreadsheet (copy)
  • This spreadsheet was then preprocessed to Google Sheets preprocessed (copy) was made by sorting by name, changing time to PDT/PST, and concatenating the messages with the new data.
  • Finally, this info was exported to a CSV, which is member-activity-history-bot.csv
• Then the trigger activity-history-post.yml written with a cron trigger
• YML makes a call to first-post-to-skills-issue.js and retrieve-skills-id.js

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• To post all users' activity histories to their Skills Issues
