What changes did you make?

• Remove activity-issue-post.yml, first-post-to-skills-issue.js, get-issue-comments.js, retrieve-skills-id.js, and the member_activity_history_bot_<x>.csv

Why did you make the changes (we will use this info to test)?

• All files were used for the project to include a user's event activity history on each user's Skills Issue. This project is completed and now a new automation should take over day-to-day updating.
