I have revised and updated all the `README.md` files in the repository to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date with the current state of the codebase. The following `README.md` files have been updated: - `README.md` (root) - `app/README.md` - `assets/README.md` - `configs/README.md` - `docs/README.md` - `scripts/README.md` - `scripts/agents/README.md` - `scripts/chunking/README.md` - `scripts/core/README.md` - `scripts/embeddings/README.md` - `scripts/index/README.md` - `scripts/ingestion/README.md` - `scripts/retrieval/README.md` - `scripts/utils/README.md` The updates include: - Adding descriptions for new files and modules. - Correcting outdated information. - Improving the clarity and organization of the documentation. - Ensuring a consistent style and tone across all READMEs.
This commit revises and updates all the `README.md` files in the repository to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date with the current state of the codebase. This includes updating the root README to: - Use Poetry for installation instructions. - Add a note about the experimental status of XLSX and email ingestion. - Add a new section describing the Streamlit UI.
