Bugfix: AnchorView kept refreshing even if closed.

AnchorView: Removed the QR-Code toggle, its not needed anymore since its a Dialog and will only refresh on open. So we just generate QR and display it.

Refactored all right side control buttons and made a component for the button instead, then updated the ripple effect to match correct border radius. It looked weird on those square buttons.
