Fix: Add Overclocker to Compact Jacob Claim & Missed Messages

Overclockers were not being detected/blocked/reported. (First image)

When claiming rewards from a singular contest, we'd miss one of the lines.
Regex for tickets was also malformed, so in the absence of x ..., the line would be ignored.

We don't exactly have a lot of space. Things get shortened drastically, and this (not including 3000) would not be the most heinous exclusionary code in this file.

It's the only item or concept in skyblock that shares the name. I don't understand why it'd be weird to shorthand it to save some room in what is already a crowded message.
