You'll find a very similar thing going on in this branch, which is what I'm using on the next major for toys: https://github.com/hapipal/ci-config-travis/compare/node-v16-min I think we'll also want to keep these changes off of the main branch for now, so that we don't break CI on modules that aren't getting updated yet. |

Add hapi 21 and drop 19 (since it's deprecated). Drop node 12 and 14, add 16 and 18, leaving
nodein place.
