This PR removes
logging.InitContextand friends. As in the code comment forlogging.InitContext:This function still exists in
terraform-plugin-sdk. It has no use interraform-plugin-testing, which was extracted from SDK once-upon-a-time. If the checks for this PR are green, then I have reasonable confidence in shipping this.This PR also adds
