PR Summary

Massively updates transitive Rust dependencies, introduces objc2-related crates and other new deps, removes some legacy build deps, and aligns workspace on derive_more 2.1.0.

  • Dependencies (broad updates):
    • Upgrade major stacks: aws-* SDKs, axum 0.7.9, hyper-util 0.1.19, reqwest 0.12.26, rustls 0.23.35 (+ rustls-pki-types/webpki), tower-http 0.6.8, yamux 0.13.8, quinn (with socket2 0.6.1), toml 0.9.10+spec-1.1.0, serde_with 3.16.1, schemars 1.1.0, ICU crates (icu_*), and many others.
    • Consolidate Windows crates to windows-sys 0.61.2 and windows-link references; bump libc, mio, hostname, console, etc.
  • New crates added:
    • Apple/macOS: objc2 ecosystem (objc2-*, block2, dispatch2) and related integrations.
    • Tooling/runtime: ar_archive_writer, additional object 0.32.2, nix 0.30.1, redox_syscall 0.6.0.
  • Removals/Cleanup:
    • Drop legacy build deps: bindgen, clang-sys, cexpr, plist; remove some pinned windows-link versions.
  • Workspace alignment:
    • Update internal crates to use derive_more 2.1.0 (replacing 2.0.1).
