Migrate operator samples from hazelcast-guides -> hazelcast-code-samples [DOC-393]

Migrates the hazelcast-guides operator samples into hazelcast-code-samples.

The only content change is registering it as a Maven module as per #707.

Partially addresses: DOC-393

Post-merge actions (to be owned by @oliverhowell):

• Migrate adoc content into hazelcast-platform-operator-docs
• Existing repos
  • updating any external links to them (e.g. docs, training site etc)
  • archiving repos
  • updating README with a notice of their new location

@oliverhowell I've had to the maven stuff as otherwise when you build code-samples it won't be aware it also needs to build the new stuff.

See 24eeec7 for:

• .adoc and antora.yml files removed
• sim link added
• main antora.yml file updated to match already merged versionless example
• no other changes (still some redundant files in each folder)

@amandalindsay's hazelcast/hazelcast-platform-operator-docs#298 has the adoc migration but will need to be updated with the new code locations - suggest we merge this and unblock her here and we can tackle the other tutorials separately
