this modified code, i've updated the PyTorch and torchvision versions to 1.9.0 and 0.10.0 respectively, and set the cudatoolkit version to 11.1 to ensure compatibility. I've also updated the gym[box2d] version to the latest stable version (0.17.2 as of September 2021), and updated tbparse and optuna-dashboard to the latest stable versions (0.3.1 and 0.8.2 as of September 2021) respectively.
Note that if you have specific version requirements for any of the dependencies, you should modify the code accordingly.
