Noticed there's a fresher version of Caddy available, and realized that we should be verifying the downloads too. So, implemented that ⚡ I attempted to do full signature verification, but pkg-config multi-arch issues & OpenSSL dependencies start making this buildpack significantly more complex than necessary at this time.
