This improves the CHANGELOG formatting for better consistency and readability. Changes include:

  • Added missing version headers and release dates for v64 through v38 using official registry dates
  • Added PR references where git history showed them (versions v65, v64, v63, v62, v60, v59, v58, v57, v41)
  • Added compare view links for all versions from v64 down to v38
  • Wrapped technical terms in code markdown (stack names, commands, file names, environment variables, version numbers)
  • Added periods to all bullet points for consistency
  • Fixed imperative mood usage in version v62
