EJ Made Changes to generalize the use of InceptionTime with the dl-4-tsc codebase and to work with existing 8DNN Classifiers.. This makes Inception-Time the 9th Classifier and the only one which is capable of producing CAM apart from ResNet thus making it a Very Useful Classifier to understand the nature of TS-DS
