HHH-19596 NPE when array/collection of Struct contains null value

Added null checks where needed to immediately return null instead of causing NPE.

Thanks @cigaly, you can use @RequireDialectFeatures instead of skipping for specific dialects to ensure we test on dbs that support arrays of struct-types.
