The TestFactory in CommonFunctionTests no longer created any tests because the isSupported function always returned false due to case mismatch.

The case mismatch is likely due to a change in how the SQMFunctionRegistry returns the function keys.

The change LGTM, but it looks like it caused some failures with MariaDB.

The test failures are due to a change in the behavior of MariaDB. I logged this in HHH-19254. I'm closing this PR and will create a new one to fix the underlying issue.
