## What is the current behavior?
To select a year in component mode, user has to navigate using previous / next arrows, therefore selecting a year largely greater or smaller than current year is slow process which requires constant tapping.

## What is the new behavior?
On tap of current year, year picker is displayed, showing range of years, which requires less taps
