Add reference to Kotlin code style guide in copilot-instructions.md

This PR adds a reference to the Kotlin code style guide in the .github/copilot-instructions.md file, matching the same change made in gradle-common commit 1b5a3ef.

This ensures consistency across contributions by directing contributors to the organization's standard Kotlin code style guide maintained in the .github repository.
