…datasets whom may have newer revisions. More importantly, I updated the logic for calculating primary datasets and spruced up the query in general. Also changed organ to be a list. Made accompanying changes in app.py to go along with the organ change

tweaked the neo4j query for data sankey to omitt theoretical primary datasets whom may have newer revisions. More importantly, I updated the logic for calculating primary datasets and spruced up the query in general. Also changed organ to be a list. Made accompanying changes in app.py to go along with the organ change
