Thix PR fixes failed test case on XPU: pytest -rA tests/test_cli.py::AccelerateLauncherTester::test_notebook_launcher, where it throws error Cannot re-initialize XPU in forked subprocess. To use XPU with multiprocessing, you must use the 'spawn' start method. @SunMarc , pls help review, thx!
