Final content additions to the Unit 2.1 smolagents framework.

It includes:

• Telemetry example
• Vision+Browser agent example
• Mention best open model
• Include multiagent notebook with the rest of the content
• Upload notebooks to HF Org (once they're approved) and update the .mdx accordingly.
• Upload image and video to HF Org (once they're approved) and update the .mdx accordingly.

I've included all the discussed content. Once approved, I'll upload the image, video, and notebooks to the HF Org to avoid duplicating work. --> Already uploaded to https://huggingface.co/datasets/agents-course/course-images and pending approval.

I also think it would be interesting to extend the notebooks (.ipynb) to incorporate the narrative explained throughout the unit, but I wanted to avoid redundancy for now. I can update them once everything is approved. 😄 --> Already done and uploaded as a PR to the HF Org here
