Extend Support for callback_on_step_end for AuraFlow and LuminaText2Img Pipelines

What does this PR do?

I have extended the callback_on_step_end parameter to AuraFlow and LuminaText2Img Pipelines. Please let me know if any further corrections are needed and I will make the necessary changes.
