Maybe clarify that by hyperlinking unlocked-v37?

Maybe we could discard it and make it a part of the pipeline example docs?
And then we could just include the from_single_file() example.

I would say since the latest checkpoints are published as single files, the example docs should use single file and we maintain a disclaimer on the Diffusers weights format that it's pinned to v37
